Cancellation Policy
ANNULLAMENTI
Per l'annullamento di prenotazioni pervenuto fino a trentun giorni prima della data di arrivo nessuna somma verrà trattenuta;
tra il trentesimo e il quindicesimo giorno prima della data dell’arrivo dell’ospite sarà trattenuto come penale il deposito del 25%;
per gli annullamenti pervenuti tra il quattordicesimo e l’ottavo giorno sarà trattenuto il corrispettivo del 50% dell’importo totale;
se l’annullamento avverrà nei sette giorni che precedono l’arrivo, il saldo sarà trattenuto e nessun rimborso sarà effettuato.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
For bookings cancelled mor than thirty one days prior to arrival no penalty will be charged;
between thirty and fifteen days, a penalty of 25% of the deposit will be applied;
for cancellations between fourteen and eight days 50% of the total amount will be forfeited;
for cancellations made seven days or less from the arrival date the total amount will be retained.
